9. 14. 15. Professional educational organizations and educational institutions of higher education that provide public services in the field of education at the expense of budgetary allocations from the federal budget are allocated funds to provide material support to needy students in the amount of twenty-five percent of the amount of the stipulated part of the scholarship fund intended for payments of state academic scholarships for students and state social scholarships for students, funds for organizing cultural, physical culture and sports, health-improving work with students in the amount of a monthly portion of the scholarship fund intended for payment of state academic scholarships to students and state social scholarships for students, according to educational programs of secondary vocational education and two times the monthly amount of the part of the scholarship fund intended for payments to state academic x scholarships for students and state social scholarships for students for educational programs of higher education. 16. Organizations engaged in educational activities have the right to establish, at the expense of funds received from income-generating activities, various types of material support for students.

Academic scholarship
