Make a description in all details of your paintings. This "letter from the future" motivates perfectly. Another "letter" is well suited for cases when you do not have a mood, you regressive and your arms are descended before business. Whenever you read the "letter", you will wake up energy and open a second breathing.

In order to strengthen the image of the desired image in your consciousness, you can conclude an agreement with yourself. This thing is not cunning. Just register everything you need to do for the sake of achievement: "I, ..., I will do ..." Make this contract on a separate clean sheet A4 with a signature and date. For more effects, ask someone to witness your contract.
