The system for evaluating individual tasks and the exam USE 2019 in the Russian language of work as a whole

For the correct performance of each task of part 1 (except tasks 8, 16 and 26), the examinee receives 1 point. For an incorrect answer or its absence, 0 points are set.

Task 8 can be assigned from 0 to 5 points. For each correctly indicated digit corresponding to the number from the list, the examinee receives 1 point (5 points: no errors; 4 points: one mistake was made; 3 points: two mistakes were made; 2 points: two are correctly indicated
numbers; 1 point: only one number is correct; 0 points: completely wrong answer, i.e. incorrect sequence of numbers or its absence. The order in which the numbers are written in the answer matters.

Task 16 can be assigned from 0 to 2 points. The answer is considered correct if it contains all the numbers from the standard and there are no other numbers. 1 point is given if: one of the numbers indicated in the answer does not correspond to the standard; one of the numbers specified in the standard is missing
response. In all other cases, 0 points are given. The order in which the digits are written in the answer does not matter.

Task 26 can be assigned from 0 to 4 points. The answer is considered correct if it contains all the numbers from the standard and there are no other numbers. For each correctly indicated digit corresponding to the number of the term from the list, the examinee receives 1 point (4 points: no errors; 3 points: one mistake was made; 2 points: two mistakes were made; 1 point: only one digit is correctly indicated; 0 points: a completely incorrect answer, that is, an incorrect sequence of numbers or its absence.The order in which the numbers are written in the answer matters.

The maximum number of points that an examinee who correctly completed the task of part 2 can receive is 24. For the correct completion of all tasks of the examination paper, you can get a maximum of 58 primary points.

How the results of the exam are evaluated

The results of the USE are evaluated on a 100-point scale and are put up in a special "Certificate of the results of a unified state exam».

When evaluating the results of the exam, it is established minimal amount test scores for each educational subject, confirming that the graduate has mastered the basic general education programs of secondary (complete) education in accordance with the requirements of the federal educational standard of secondary (complete) general education. If the student scored less than the established minimum number of points (did not overcome the minimum threshold), then the exam is considered not passed.

The value of the minimum threshold is announced within 6-8 days after conducting the exam on the subject in the main terms and 2-3 days after the exam in additional terms in July.

USE assessment scale

When you complete assignments for the exam, for each the right decision 1 or more points are awarded, depending on the difficulty. At the same time, a correctly completed task of part A or B is estimated at 1 point, part C - up to 4 points. The sum of these scores is called the Primary Score (PB). In fact, this is the number of correctly completed tasks.

    The number of minimum PBs for different subjects may vary, for example:
  • mathematics: 36 PB,
  • biology: 36 PB,
  • foreign languages: 22 PB.

But these are not the points that will be useful to you, for example, for entering a university. They need to be translated on a 100-point scale. This is the so-called "test score" (TB).

TB assesses the level of preparedness of the student. It depends on the level of difficulty of the completed tasks on the exam. This score is used to determine the final grade. The maximum test score for the exam in any subject: 100 points.

The primary score is converted into a test score using a special formula.

How the exam affects the receipt of a certificate

The basis for issuing a certificate of secondary education to a graduate is the satisfactory results of the Unified State Examination, i.e., the number of points is not lower than the minimum threshold in compulsory subjects (Russian language and mathematics). In this case, the graduate receives 2 documents: a school certificate and a certificate of USE results.

The final grades are set in the certificate according to the traditional 5-point system, which are defined as the arithmetic mean of the graduate's annual grades for grades 10-11 (12).

The results of the USE do not affect the final grades given in the certificate.

If a graduate has not overcome the minimum threshold in one of the subjects - Russian language or mathematics - at the Unified State Examination in the main terms and during the retake, then a certificate is not issued to him.

How and when you can find out the results of the exam

The results of the exam must be known to the participants no later than 3 working days after Rosobrnadzor announces the minimum thresholds for each of the subjects. Thus, no more than 12 days pass from the date of the exam. Most regions inform their USE participants at an earlier date.

For USE participants - graduates of the current year, certificates of USE results are issued at an educational institution. The rest of the USE participants will find out their results where they received a pass for the USE: this is either the PES in which they passed the exam, or the education authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, local education authorities.

According to the current regulations, each subject of the Russian Federation is independently responsible for informing USE participants about the results. In some regions, this information can be accessed online for free. You can find out your results by having an individual code (passport number, etc.).

  • Moscow and Moscow region: www.rcoi.net
  • St. Petersburg and Leningrad region: ege.spb.ru

Lists of USE participants with their exam results are posted on information stands (at school, PES, education authority, etc.).

Validity of the certificate of the results of the exam

On November 20, 2013, letter No. DL-345/17 of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation “On the effect of the USE results” was published.

"The Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on the issue of the validity of the results of the unified state exam obtained before entry into force on September 1, 2013. federal law dated December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ “On education in Russian Federation(hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law), informs.

According to Part 2 of Article 70 of the Federal Law, the results of the unified state examination for admission to study in undergraduate and specialist programs valid for four years following the year in which such results were obtained.

Therefore, admission to organizations that carry out educational activities for bachelor's and specialist's programs, is allowed based on the results of the unified state exam, confirmed by certificates of the Unified State Examination issued in 2015 and 2016, and valid until the end of 2019 and 2020, respectively

The USE certificate after September 1, 2020 is valid for four years following the year the exam was taken. That is, the certificate of 2018 expires in December 2022 and can be used for admission to universities in the period from 2018 to 2022. Therefore, certificates issued in 2019 and 2020 are valid until 2023 and 2024, respectively.

The transfer of USE scores is made after the primary result is calculated, based on the approved scale, it is translated into test scores.

They are playing important role upon admission to a university and are recorded in the certificate of passing the exam.

Those who finish the 11th grade and are preparing to enter a university are especially interested in learning how the USE score is translated.

Hundreds of thousands of students undergo this procedure every year. To obtain a certificate, it is enough to pass only two subjects - mathematics and Russian.

The rest of the subjects - and a total of 14 of them - are taken on a voluntary basis, depending on the chosen university.

In order for the results to be displayed in the certificate, the graduate needs to score more than the established minimum points.

How are the results of the exam evaluated

The results of the exam are evaluated by the commission and translated into a 100-point system.

There is an algorithm for converting these amounts into more familiar estimates. Officially, this method has not been used since 2009.

But if you wish, you can familiarize yourself with the scale for transferring USE marks.

The evaluation of the results is carried out in two stages:

  • by the number of completed tasks, the student is given a primary score. It consists of the sum for all tasks performed correctly;
  • then the primary USE scores are translated into test scores. This figure is fixed in the USE certificate and plays an important role for admission to the university. Below is a translation table for the math exam.

Important: the scale is designed taking into account the complexity of the tasks.

Up-to-date information on the exam can always be obtained on the portal http://ege.edu.ru/ru.

What is the minimum score

To receive a USE certificate, a student needs to score more than the established minimum limit in Russian and mathematics.

It is determined annually for each individual subject. In fact, the minimum score is the equivalent of a three.

This result reflects that the student has satisfactorily mastered the curriculum.

Minimum score:

  1. Determines the issuance of a certificate of passing the exam.
  2. It is set for each subject annually after passing the exam and before the results are published.

At the end of 2016, in order to obtain a certificate, it was necessary to obtain at least 36 test points in the Russian language.

In mathematics, this limit is 3, and in the profile level - 27.

The difference between primary scores and test scores

When evaluating the results of passing the exam, the primary amount is first set. Then these USE 2017 scores are transferred to test scores.

They are determined on a 100-point scale. This score will be in the USE certificate if it is above the minimum.

When calculating points, the algorithm is as follows:

  1. For each correctly completed task, one or more points are awarded.
  2. At the end, the sum for the entire work is calculated.
  3. The primary USE scores are being translated.

Regarding test scores, they are calculated on a 100-point system. But the amount of primary may differ for different items.

For example, in mathematics, you can get 30 primary points, and for foreign languages this limit is 80.

The assessment of the task depends on its complexity. For the tasks of part B, one primary point is awarded for the correct answer.

For part C, there are several options: for tasks 1 and 2, 2 primary points are awarded, the correct answer to question 3 and 4 immediately gives 3, and tasks 5 and 6 will add 4 points to the student's result.

USE scores and grades

Although there is an approximate scale for converting USE scores into grades familiar to all students, since 2009 this system has not been applied.

The refusal to transfer to grades is due to the fact that the amount of points does not affect the indicator in the certificate. It is fixed in a separate certificate.

In the event that a student scored less than the minimum result in one of the compulsory subjects, neither a certificate nor a high school diploma will be issued to him.

If this is a subject from those that are surrendered on a voluntary basis, the result simply will not be counted anywhere.

If an unsatisfactory grade was obtained according to the results of the exam, what should I do? It all depends on what subject.

  1. If the number of points scored is below the minimum in mathematics or in the Russian language, you can retake the exam in the same year on one of the reserve days.
  2. When an unsatisfactory grade is obtained immediately in both subjects, retake is possible only for the next year.
  3. If you did not manage to score enough points in an optional subject, you can retake the exam only next year. An unsatisfactory result will not be reflected in any document. In fact, everything will look as if the graduate did not pass this exam at all.

Depending on the subject, a retake is possible either in the same year on reserve days, or in the next.

Thus, if a student fails math at basic level, he can use the reserve days.

And if a low score was obtained based on the results of the profile level, retake will be possible only after a year.

What to do if the graduate does not agree with the assessment

If the graduate is sure that his work deserves a higher rating, he has the right to file an appeal.

In such a situation, the work will be re-considered by the conflict commission.

There are two possible outcomes. When a score seems low, the student can either be given points or points taken down.

Important: according to the results of the Unified State Examination in 2010, of all the appeals filed, the third part was satisfied.

The first two parts of the exam are tested without human intervention. The possibility of errors cannot be ruled out.

The reason for this may be illegible handwriting and similar circumstances.

If it appears that the grade is low, students file an appeal.

What is the exam

The general text of the task consists of three parts.

  1. Part A is in the form of a test. Of the four proposed answers, the graduate must choose one correct one.
  2. In part B, the following types of tasks are possible: writing a one-word answer, choosing several correct options, or establishing correspondence.
  3. In part C, the student is asked to give a detailed answer to the question.

Depending on the type of task, the verification process is different. The first two parts are checked automatically. Responses are scanned by the system and scored.

This process takes place without human intervention. Upon completion of the test, the results are sent to the testing center located in Moscow.

Part C is evaluated by two independent experts. If the results match, this total is set.

If a slight discrepancy is found after evaluation, the average result is displayed.

With a noticeable inconsistency, a third specialist is appointed.

After the verification is completed, all data is sent to a single testing center. There they are processed and fixed in the database.

From there they are sent to the schools where the exam was taken.

How do USE scores affect college admissions?

In order to apply for admission to a university, graduates need to take the exam.

In total, you can apply to 5 universities, in each of them no more than three specialties.

The application is prepared in writing and handed over personally or sent by mail.

If the second option is selected, you will need to issue a registered letter with a description of the attachment, as well as a notification of receipt.

To find out if the application was approved, you need to go to the official website of the university.

When the acceptance of documents is completed, a list of those who apply for enrollment is laid out there. Their results are also shown there. passing the exam.

Enrollment takes place in two waves.

  1. When the first list is published, a few days are allotted for applicants to provide the originals of their documents (in most cases they send copies).
  2. If the deadline for submitting documents has expired, but there are still vacancies, a second list is prepared.

To enter the university, you will need the following package of documents:

  • an application for admission;
  • certified copies of the certificate and identity document;
  • a form with a list of points scored according to the results of the exam;
  • photographs (their size and number are established by the rules of the university).

Other documents may be requested from the applicant. For more information, please contact the university of interest.

The transfer of USE scores in 2017 is carried out according to the same system as in previous years.

To pass the exam, you need to score at least the minimum number of points that is set for each subject annually.

To get a certificate and a certificate with the results of the Unified State Examination, you need to exceed this limit in compulsory subjects.

How to translate primary scores into test USE 2015 in Russian

Each graduate who wants to become a student of one of the universities of the Russian Federation in 2018 faces a difficult task - to successfully pass the exam, as well as to choose the right educational institution and faculty for submitting documents. The majority of 11th graders and their parents are faced with the final exam grading system for the first time and often find it difficult to find answers to the questions that arise. Therefore, we decided to shed light on important points.

In 2017-2018, the basic rules for passing the exam will not be significantly changed. This means that the 100-point system for grading final tests will still be relevant for graduates.

How is everything going?

During the verification examination papers for each correctly completed task, the graduate is credited with the so-called “primary scores”, which, upon completion of the work check, are summed up and converted into a “test score”, which is indicated in the USE certificate.

Important! Since 2009, the scale for converting primary and test USE scores into traditional five-point grades for schools has not been officially used, because in 2017 and 2018 final exams are not included in the certificate.

Checking work is done in two ways:

  • automatically (with the help of special programs and technical means);
  • manually (the correctness of detailed answers is checked by two independent experts).

It is quite difficult to challenge the result of an automatic check. If the basic rules were not followed when filling out the answer table, the computer may not protect the result, and only the graduate himself, who did not follow a number of mandatory rules, will be to blame for this.

If controversial issues arise during the expert review, a third specialist is involved, whose opinion will be decisive.

When to expect results?

The following time limits apply by law:

  • data processing (for compulsory subjects) at the RCSC should not last longer than 6 calendar days;
  • for data processing (subjects of choice) RTsOI give 4 days;
  • verification at the Federal Testing Center should take no more than 5 working days;
  • approval of the results by the State Examination Commission - 1 more day;
  • up to 3 days to send the results to the USE participants.

In practice, from the moment of passing the exam to receiving the official result, it can take from 8 to 14 days.

Converting USE scores to grade

Despite the fact that officially in 2018 the scale for transferring points according to USE subjects in a five-point assessment is not used, many still want to interpret their result in a more familiar "school" system. To do this, you can use special tables or online calculators.

The second method is a little easier and more convenient than searching for the desired values in the cells of a huge table. It is enough just to choose a subject (mathematics, Russian, chemistry, physics, history, English language, social studies ... and other subjects), enter data and get the desired result in a matter of seconds.

We suggest trying how simple and convenient it is to use in practice the online calculators of the USE score and its conversion to a 5-point grade.

Converting USE scores to grades

Internet systems for applicants

The academic year 2017-2018 is over, the exam has been passed, the results are known, and even the interactive scale for transferring primary scores showed that the USE result is in a fairly good range ... But, is this enough to enter the desired university?

Assess the real chances of entry, based on test scores and the minimum passing threshold set by the university.

Important! The minimum passing score is formed by the university itself. It will directly depend on the scores of applicants who apply in 2018. The more popular the specialty, the higher the passing score will be.

Often, at the TOP faculties, even 100-point results are not enough for admission to the budget. Only winners of the Olympiads, who give significant additional points, have a chance to see their last name in the lists of applicants for such areas.

In 2018, the most popular services for selecting a university and monitoring the entrance score threshold for various specialties will be:

  1. Ucheba.ru
  2. Apply online
  3. Calculator high school economy
  4. Postyplenie.ru
  5. Typical entrant

Finding these services is very easy. It is enough to enter their name into any search engine.

Many graduates ask how many points they need to score on the exam in a particular subject. The Russian language, like mathematics, is usually of the greatest interest.

Minimum score

It should be noted that the Russian language is a compulsory subject for the USE. Successfully overcoming the minimum level allows you to get a certificate of secondary general education. The mark "2" is given for the result from 0 to 35 points. In this case, the exam is considered failed. The test in a compulsory subject can be retaken on special reserve days (but it can only be Russian or mathematics - re-passing the test in both subjects in one year is not allowed). If the additional exam was also failed, the student has the right to retake only the next year. Thus, in order to pass the exam in the Russian language the first time, you need to score at least 36 points.

How many points do triples, good students and excellent students need?

If in the Russian language there is a five in the certificate, you should not worry about the fact that the grade can be lowered by the USE. The results of the exam have not had an impact on the final school grades for a long time. Nevertheless, there is a scale for translating test results into the usual five-point system:

0–35 - two;
36–57 - three;
58–71 - four;
72 and above - five.

Thus, if your result is equal to at least 72 points, then consider that it corresponds to an excellent certificate. If you score, for example, 65 points, that is, get a four, this will not be reflected in the grade in the certificate. The result will be indicated only in a special certificate of passing the exam.

How many points do you need to get into college?

For the majority of USE graduates, not only the main exam that allows you to get a certificate of secondary education, but also entrance test to a higher educational institution. It is difficult to say how many points in the Russian language you need to score to enter the university. It all depends on the number of budget places, the prestige of the educational institution, the competition, etc. In addition, today, when entering universities, the sum of points for all entrance tests is taken into account. Thus, their exact number is important for any direction where the Russian language is needed for admission.

Whether such a system is good or not is difficult to determine. On the one hand, it obliges to prepare equally intensively in all subjects, on the other hand, it gives a chance even if the scores in the main discipline are not equal to 100. exam (Russian and foreign languages, literature and an additional creative entrance test), each of which was evaluated on a 100-point scale. The end result, on the basis of which the enrollment took place, was the sum of the points scored in each subject.
