Germany

University named after Johann Wolfgang Goethe grants monthly scholarships to international undergraduate students in the amount of 1,000 euros per month. German Academic Exchange Service Programs
If we talk about universities in Germany, then in many of them it is possible to start studying twice a year: in October and March. If you want to go to study already from the March semester, you must submit your documents before November of this year. Applicants for undergraduate programs first need to study at colleges in Germany for a year (admission is also possible twice a year). Danish Government Scholarship
The Danish government provides scholarships to international students applying for graduate programs to study at any Danish university in any specialty. The scholarship covers all or part of the tuition fees, and also includes a monthly payment for living. Those wishing to start training in February 2019 must submit documents by the end of September 2018.

Humber College

A good bonus is a grant to study the Czech language for a year before entering the university. The deadline for submitting documents for a language grant is October this year. You can start learning the language already from January 2019, and at the university itself - from September 2019.
It should be understood that in order to submit documents in such a short time, it is necessary to have a sufficiently high level of knowledge and a willingness to pass international exam in time.
If you understand that this is not about you yet, then you can prepare a little longer for passing the language proficiency exam and apply for training next year - there will already be more options.
In other countries, special financial conditions are offered to certain categories of students. They are called scholarship programs. Scholarships differ significantly from classic Russian Western scholarships. First of all, the fact that for the most part such programs provide a discount on tuition fees. The size may vary. Practice shows that the scholarship almost never covers 100% of the cost of training. But getting a 50% discount is quite real. Foreign students in foreign universities symbolic scholarships are also offered (not exceeding $ 100 - $ 1500).
Types of scholarships
Scholarships in foreign universities are awarded to gifted students for academic, creative, and sporting achievements. This support is called meritbased scholarship. Another type of financial support for international students is fellowships. Scholarships are usually awarded in countries with high cost learning. But tough selection criteria for scholarships reduce the chances of foreigners to receive financial assistance. Experts in the field of education recommend that you initially choose the country of receiving education according to your income.
A scholarship in Canada is a one-time cash aid (on average from 500 to 5000 CAD, but sometimes we are talking about large amounts), which is provided to students for academic achievement, excellent knowledge of English. Previous work experience and volunteer activities can also be taken into account. It is clear that receiving a scholarship is not only honorable, but also economically beneficial, since the money can be spent, for example, on tuition fees.

These universities take care of bachelors
Provides an opportunity for international first-year students to receive a scholarship, which gives a full discount on tuition fees (on average, the amount of financial aid is CAD $ 12,800). There are two conditions: you must enroll in the program, which begins in September, and also demonstrate a high score in the certificate, your leadership abilities and an active life position.
Students starting in January can receive a full scholarship or $ 5,000 towards tuition fees.
From autumn 2017, it will open new scholarships for students with high academic performance. Compared to previous years, the college scholarship fund has grown 5 times and currently stands at $ 100,000.

1. 24. State social scholarships are assigned without fail to students:
